An evening to truly wind down & restore

Prepare yourself as we approach the darkest days but also some of the busiest with the festivities!
Give yourself 70 minutes of restorative yoga followed by a tea of your choice; with an option to chat to others or simply take the time for yourself.
What to expect?
A yoga class with gentle movement to begin, 3 restorative yoga postures which we stay in for approximately 10 minutes, accompanied by meditation & breath awareness, followed by a tea of yourself choice with a chance to connect with others or simply enjoy the time to yourself.
Why Restorative?
Conscious resting encourages balance in the nervous system, reducing the stress response, helping tension relief, aiding sleep, bringing a sense of connection & creating awareness. The perfect way to prepare you for the season ahead!
