Imagine practicing yoga in a stunning, spacious tipi, beautiful views looking out to nature... itโs a one-of-a-kind experience - especially with the spring sunsets!
What to expect?
A gentle, therapeutic practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief; using props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to fully support your body in comfortable positions, allowing your nervous system to shift into a state of rest and repair. Holding just 4-6 poses for extended periods, usually 5-20 minutes each in lying down or seated positions. Suitable for all levels and bodies.
Why Restorative?
Conscious resting encourages balance in the nervous system, reducing the stress response, helping tension relief, aiding sleep, bringing a sense of connection & creating awareness. The perfect way to bring some slowness and presence into such a beautiful time of year ๐ฟ
