Yoga for every day life.

Reconnect to your breath & being.
Restore your body & brain.

What to expect?

I teach gentle asana (movement) classes, with the use of props to offer many ways of experiencing different movements and postures. Combined with breath awareness, dhyana (meditation) and yoga philosophy to support your everyday life. Reconnecting to yourself and everything around you by organising the body in a way to encourage balance within your nervous system.

About me

I’ve practiced yoga for 10 years and I trained for 18 months to become a yoga teacher. I continue to attend workshops, training and webinars on topics of yoga that I love to delve into: restorative, slow & subtle yoga, the science, the physiology, neuroscience of yoga, biomechanics, yoga philosophy and history, inclusivity & accessibility in yoga.. to name a few!

I practiced Iyengar yoga for many years - a style of yoga where you hold specific shapes for a longer time with a large focus on physical alignment. My focus completely shifted after I trained as I believe from the teachings that the focus of yoga should be internal alignment; cultivating equanimity. One thing I have taken from my Iyengar practice is the love and use of props!

I love to be outside, with loved ones, exploring, cooking, making, learning, experiencing new things and places.

“Yoga has provided me with many tools that I love to share & create in my classes; to support movement on the mat, but more importantly yoga off the mat for every day life.”
